3. Hosting providers

The grabbi.fr website relies on two hosting providers, each covering a distinct scope.

Application hosting. Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States. Vercel handles the deployment, delivery, and caching of the public pages of grabbi.fr.

DNS and related infrastructure services. OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. OVH handles the resolution of the grabbi.fr domain name and the associated infrastructure services.

4. Intellectual property

The entire grabbi.fr website, including its structure, code, text, visuals, trademarks, logos (in particular the Grabbi isotype, wordmark, and cartouche), diagrams, illustrations, and databases, is protected under French and international copyright and intellectual property law. All reproduction rights are reserved, including for downloadable documents.

The Grabbi trademark and the Grabbi by Présent lockup are the property of Présent. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of any element of the website, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of Présent, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement sanctioned by Articles L. 335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Third-party trademarks cited on the website (GS1, Open Food Facts, CIQUAL, RappelConso, Citeo, Ecobalyse, Nutri-Score, as well as the trademarks of partners, clients, or competitors named) remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Personal data

Présent processes personal data in connection with the operation of the grabbi.fr website, acting as data controller, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (the GDPR) and French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended (the French Data Protection Act).

Why is your data collected?

The main purposes are:

• responding to contact requests submitted via the website forms or by e-mail at contact@grabbi.fr;
• registration for Grabbi webinars, resources, and newsletters (collection of e-mail address and related declarative data);
• management of the contractual and commercial relationship with Présent's clients, prospects, and partners;
• audience measurement and improvement of the website.

How long is your data retained?

Your data is retained for the entire duration of the contractual relationship binding you to Présent.

Data necessary for invoicing and for accounting and tax obligations is archived for 10 years.

Data relating to commercial prospecting activities is retained for 3 years from your last activity on the website.

Who is your data shared with?

Your data may be shared with Présent's staff, as well as with the processors involved in the proper operation of the website: IT service providers (hosting, maintenance, security…), payment providers, technical and logistics subcontractors, and consultants in statistical analysis and communication.

The main processors used by Présent to date are:

• Vercel Inc. (United States): application hosting and audience measurement (Vercel Analytics).
• OVH SAS (France): DNS and related infrastructure services.
• PostHog Inc. (United States): audience measurement and product analytics.
• Intuition Machines, Inc. (United States): form anti-spam service (hCaptcha).
• Brevo (France): transactional and marketing e-mail delivery.

In this context, your data may be transferred to countries located outside the European Union, in particular the United States for the processors mentioned above. Présent ensures that such data benefits from a level of protection substantially equivalent to that guaranteed within the European Union, either pursuant to an adequacy decision issued by the European Commission (in particular the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified US providers), or through the implementation of appropriate safeguards, notably the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You may request further information on these appropriate safeguards using the contact details indicated below.

What are your rights?

You may access your personal data, rectify it, request its erasure, or exercise your right to restriction of processing.

You may also object to the processing of your data for reasons relating to your particular situation, except in the case of commercial prospecting, which you may object to without giving any reason.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent carried out before its withdrawal.

You have a right to the portability of your data.

You may issue directives concerning the storage, deletion, or communication of your personal data after your death.

6. Cookies

The grabbi.fr website uses two categories of cookies.

Strictly necessary cookies. They ensure the security of the website and the anti-spam protection of forms via the hCaptcha service (Intuition Machines, Inc.). They are exempt from consent under Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and remain active at all times.

Analytics cookies. They allow us to understand how the website is used and to improve its content. They are deposited by PostHog (PostHog Inc.) and by Vercel Analytics (Vercel Inc.) and are only activated after your consent, expressed via the banner presented on your first visit and accessible at any time from the website. Their retention period is thirteen (13) months maximum, in line with the CNIL recommendation.

You may at any time withdraw your consent, refuse these cookies, or delete those already installed, via the preferences management banner or via your browser settings. Refusing analytics cookies has no impact on access to the website or to its content.

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the grabbi.fr website or to its content shall fall, in the absence of an amicable resolution, within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
